Shipping Policy

At Kiwinest, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. All orders are packed securely to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.


Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During busy periods (sales, holidays, new product launches), processing may take slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


New Zealand Shipping

We ship nationwide using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Urban areas: 2–4 business days

  • Rural areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery timeframes may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping Rates:

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Free shipping promotions (when available) will be clearly displayed on our website.


International Shipping

We ship to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Australia: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–20 business days

International delivery times vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Important:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Kiwinest is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


Click & Collect (Auckland CBD)

We offer a convenient Click & Collect option for customers who prefer to pick up their order.

Pickup Location: Kiwinest 1213/147 Nelson Street Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010 New Zealand

How it works:

  • Select Click & Collect at checkout.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Orders are usually ready within 1–3 business days.

  • Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting.

Pickup Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: Will emailed you once product ready to collect  

  • Saturday: anytime between 9am to 9pm


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Kiwinest is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at jinesh@kiwi-nest.co.nz. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address for you.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

We take great care with packaging, but if your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and items.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost:

  • We will assist you in contacting the courier

  • Courier investigations may take several business days

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided once the courier confirms the parcel is lost

Kiwinest is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
